Even the subtlest micro-vibrations, when left unchecked, can blur fine details, diminish imaging, and flatten the emotional impact of music. The MA-3227 is Monitor Acoustics’ answer to this challenge. Specially developed for heavyweight audio components—such as floorstanding speakers, large amplifiers, and AV receivers—it features a two-stage hybrid design:
- The front segment is precision-milled from high-rigidity carbon steel
- The rear segment is slow-cut from a solid block of multi-metal composite aluminum alloy
Each unit undergoes multiple precision machining steps, including shallow groove carving for enhanced resonance dissipation and final anodized surface treatment to harden and seal the structure.
For the perfect fit, MA-3227 includes M6 carbon steel screws for direct mounting to speaker spikes or component feet. For even greater performance, pair with the MA-3214 base pad to absorb and diffuse vibration at the final contact point.
