現在聽音樂、玩音響的人已經越來越聰明，市場上對於電源品質的重視度也不同以往，為求端正充沛的純淨電源，能做得更好、絕不會忽視放過，所以我們為較少見的IEC C19電源連接埠，開發出MA-2200 20A隔離屏蔽電源線，這類的電源線基本上都是較高階的後級音響才會使用，例如英國銘廠Chord Electronics，旗下的高階後級都是採用IEC C19/C20連接器，不過，許多廠商對於音響的配件，大多只為符合安全規範，能否徹底激化音響性能，就要看用家如何去調整了，這時就需要一條好一點的電源線，把整個聲音提升上來。
為了製作這一系列的C19 20A電源線，我們為MA-2200設計了一款專屬的電源公頭，特別挑選高精紅導銅作為導件，其硬度適中、耐插拔，導件以超慢速細緻打磨處理、鍍上電子級高純金與貴金屬銠，強化導件表面強度與電源傳輸速度，最後再以-196°C超低溫處理。此外，選用高強度、耐溫差且抑振的介電核心與外殼作為介電防護，更在三相之間設計了特殊的導磁結構，讓三相電不致相互干擾，如此更能確保電源能夠無染地純淨直通，加上穩固方形入線結構設計，將阻抗降至最低，保持最佳的傳輸條件。介電為核心則是採用獨特複合奈米塑料，內部配方添加多種奈米粉末，倍增介電隔離性能，配上高強度、耐溫差的抑振聚碳酸酯外殼，讓隔離、防護、抑振面面俱全，外殼尾端還設計散磁裝置，跨架在兩顆固線螺絲上，作為消散磁迴干擾之用，確保內部電源不受外界侵擾，保持電能能快速無擾的傳遞，母頭則是選用Hubbell 20A/250V的電源頭。我們將MA-2200線長設定在兩米，選用6N OCC高純單晶銅作為導線，單芯導線線徑達3.61mm2，三相皆覆以高密度HDPE，接著在三條線芯與兩層絕緣紙之間，填入棉線作為抑振緩衝材，外層再捲繞一層厚科技銅皮，杜絕外在RFI/EMI的干擾。接著覆上一層高密度HDPE，最後再覆上一層耐熱PVC與隔離編織網作保護。MA-2200為電源建構出端正無瑕的通道，提供電能效率極佳傳輸速率，就算音響後級大量耗電，也能源源不絕地傳輸端正精準的電源，提供音響充沛且純淨的無限能量，讓音響發揮出百分百實力，展現出從容大器的悠然氣度。

The cable features a custom-designed NEMA power plug developed specifically for the MA-22XX series, with internal elements made from precision red copper. These contacts undergo ultra-slow polishing, followed by plating with electronic-grade high-purity gold and precious rhodium, then cryogenically treated at -196°C for enhanced hardness, stability, and conductivity.
At the heart of the cable lies 3.61 mm² 6N OCC single-crystal copper solid-core conductors, each wrapped in HDPE dielectric and stabilized with vibration-dampening cotton fillers. A high-tech copper foil layer shields the internal structure against external RFI/EMI, followed by additional layers of HDPE, heat-resistant PVC, and a braided protective mesh to complete the shielding architecture.
Internally, the dielectric core is composed of a proprietary nano-composite polymer blend, enriched with various nano-powders to maximize isolation and minimize vibration. The exterior shell is formed with high-strength, temperature-resistant polycarbonate, which suppresses resonance and enhances durability. A magnetic dispersion device at the plug tail spans across two terminal screws, helping to neutralize magnetic interference and maintain the clarity of current flow.
The cable uses a square copper clamp structure to minimize impedance at the termination point. The female connector is a Hubbell 20A/250V industrial-grade plug, known for its mechanical stability and current handling.
