現今的家庭劇院系統中「多聲道環繞擴大機」動輒千瓦以上，同時推動著五只以上的劇院揚聲器，系統講究的更多達十數只，這樣龐大的劇院系統，卻只是用一條小黑電源線，這實在是太對不起劇院音響的核心「多聲道環繞擴大機」了。而一般原廠大量生產的小黑線，通常只會符合安規要求，對於銅材、隔離、耐電性等……，並不會特別花成本去設計生產，一個不小心就會扼殺了擴大機原有所能發揮的實力，因為擴大機需要大能量去控制多聲道揚聲器，沒有給足擴大機能量，揚聲器又怎麼能控制得好。
現在越來越多玩家會放棄使用原廠的電源線，因為玩家們明白，一條電源線的好與壞落差極大，但玩家很難從線的外表去判斷線材好壞，只能從廠家提供的資料上去判斷，或是直接上機用耳朵來判斷，但是對線材有研究的專業廠家，一定會針對器材類型與需求去設計，針對數位、前級、DAC、轉盤等……前端設備，或是高耗電需求的後級、管機、多聲道環繞擴大機等……後端設備，分別設計出專用的電源線。
我們經過長時間的實驗開發，終於在2021年初推出兩款專為「AV」設計的電源線「MaQ-AV103／MaQ-AV104」，針對「多聲道環繞擴大機」對電能大食的需求，設計出大電流、低內阻、高速度的優勢性能，整合旗下的資源，調配出最適合多聲道環繞擴大機需求的電源線。MaQ-AV103 公母頭以旗下的Glory系列為基礎，將內部導件、零件、電鍍小幅調整，在搭配上自家的5N LC-OFC隔離電源線，以多聲道環繞擴大機特性的需求，微調至最佳狀態，是專為多聲道環繞擴大機、真空管機、大食量後級等……所開發的專用線，裡頭融入了我們重視的電源表現力，同時展現優質量、使用壽命長的優勢，我們將線身長度設定在1.8m，不僅方便用家靈活使用，更對聲音有著正面的影響，因為長一點、短一點對聲音都有影響，而1.8m是這款電源線的最佳甜蜜點，利用寬頻流暢的勁道電源，供給劇院音響源源不絕的能量，把多聲道揚聲器控制得收放自如，展現無比絕佳的控制力，讓您彷彿如臨實境地沈浸在電影之中。

Today’s home theater receivers often pack well over a kilowatt of power, driving five, ten, or even more speakers at once. And yet, many of them still rely on a flimsy stock black power cable — a serious bottleneck that chokes your system’s performance right at its core.
Most factory-supplied power cords are designed to meet only basic safety regulations. They’re not built with premium copper, shielding, or high-voltage endurance in mind. And without a proper power supply, your amplifier — the heart of your theater system — can’t deliver the authority it was built for. With high current demands to control multiple channels, a proper power cable isn’t just nice to have — it’s essential.
That’s why more and more audio enthusiasts are ditching stock cables. But evaluating cable quality isn't always straightforward — the specs can be vague, and appearances are deceiving. Unless you’re dealing with a specialized manufacturer who truly understands audio, you’re left guessing… or relying on trial and error.
At MA, we’ve spent years in development to engineer a power cable purpose-built for AV systems. In early 2021, we launched MaQ-AV103 and AV104, created specifically for multi-channel AV receivers. These cables deliver high current, low impedance, and fast transient response — the kind of performance your amplifier craves. Every element was refined to meet the brutal demands of home theater amplification.
MaQ-AV103 is equipped with our in-house Glory series power connectors, modified internally for enhanced electrical transfer and stability. The cable itself uses 5N LC-OFC (Long Crystal, Oxygen-Free Copper) conductors and heavy-duty multi-layer shielding, carefully tuned for the sonic behavior of surround amplifiers, tube gear, and high-drain power amps.
At 1.8 meters (approximately 6 feet), MaQ-AV103 hits the sonic sweet spot. That length wasn’t chosen at random — it was determined through extensive listening tests. Too short or too long, and tonal balance, dynamics, and imaging are affected. 1.8m gives your amp the space and energy it needs to breathe, control your speakers with precision, and reproduce movie soundtracks with immersive realism and authority.
