Engineered from the ground up for audio applications, this Cat.8 cable supports 25Gbps and 40Gbps transmission (25GBASE-T / 40GBASE-T), with precision-matched conductor geometry and extreme shielding for minimal jitter and interference.
At its core:
- 8 x 23AWG solid-core 5N OFC copper wires, paired and tightly twisted using precision machinery to ensure equal pair lengths, reducing timing errors and phase distortion.
- Each twisted pair is individually shielded with AL/Mylar foil, then further separated using a cross-structured high-density polyethylene (HDPE) dielectric for optimal air insulation and skin-effect suppression.
Seven-Layer Shielding, Beyond Spec
To achieve truly silent background and stable data flow, the cable features seven layers of shielding and insulation:
- HDPE dielectric
- Individual foil shielding per twisted pair
- Central HDPE cross-separator
- Copper foil wrap
- OFC shielding wire
