2021年初，MA靜神推出最新的室內電纜「SZZ-4.0 6N OCC」電源專線，內部水、火、地三相線，皆採用高精純的6N OCC單晶銅導體，我們自源頭嚴選高精原銅，在製線的過程中，退火去除應力、一步步提升精純度，直到符合要求。此款「SZZ-4.0」以11蕊銅導線絞繞成一股、三相電分別各集七股絞繞成一線，最後再以無應力工序處理，直達最佳狀態。緊接著，將銅導線外部以棕（火）、藍（水）、綠（地）三色HDPE披覆，其高強度、高彈性、耐溫、耐候性等特性，加上環保無毒安全的優勢，建立出堅實的第一步介電安全，接著在三芯之間加入棉線條作為抑振緩衝之用，外部再以絕緣紙包覆，緊接著包覆一層特殊的微導PVC，接著再一次以絕緣紙包覆，如此繁瑣工法，不僅能強化介電、抑止振動，降低線材扭轉時所造成的傷害，維持高傳導性能。而對於外部各種的EMI、RFI射頻噪訊干擾，我們融合過去的製線經驗，將高密度銅編織網與科技銅皮加入屏蔽層中，架構出完善的雙層介電磁場、100%保護內部電源能量的完整傳輸。最後再以一層耐候、耐高低溫（-60℃ ~ 135℃）、耐油、適用溫度寬廣的紫色TPV包覆保護，但這TPV並不僅只是TPV，我們在裡頭添加了數種機能奈米粉末，帶有紅外線特性的奈米粉，不僅優化隔離抑振，更有助於電源的傳導。TPV成型後的觸感與止滑性俱佳，兼具著橡膠和塑膠的優點，壓縮變形量低、彈性回復力佳，更是環保、可回收材質。MA靜神不僅追求電能的極致，更在乎友善環境的環保製程，MA以嚴謹的製作工序，達成最佳的電能傳輸效率，將電源完整的傳送至末端音響設備裡。

Introduced in early 2021, the SZZ-4.0 6N OCC is Monitor Acoustics’ next-generation indoor power cable, purpose-built for high-end audio systems demanding clean, uninterrupted current delivery. All three conductors—live, neutral, and ground—utilize ultra-high purity 6N OCC (Ohno Continuous Cast) single crystal copper, meticulously selected and stress-relieved through progressive annealing processes to achieve unmatched purity and conductivity.
Each conductor is composed of 11 twisted strands, and each phase combines seven such bundles into a singular, stabilized core. This structure is then subjected to a proprietary, tension-free final process, preserving the copper’s natural grain alignment for optimal electrical flow.
The initial dielectric protection begins with HDPE insulation in brown, blue, and green for the three phases. HDPE offers strength, flexibility, and environmental safety. Cotton fillers are placed between the cores to suppress mechanical resonance, followed by a dual-layer insulation paper wrap and a layer of micro-conductive PVC, further reinforced by another wrap of insulation paper.
To combat electromagnetic interference, a dual-layer shielding system is employed: high-density OFC copper braid and a specialized copper foil together form an all-encompassing electromagnetic barrier, ensuring 100% shielding efficiency and preserving the integrity of the power signal.
The outermost jacket is formed from a deep violet TPV (Thermoplastic Vulcanizate)—but not just any TPV. This advanced compound is infused with functional nanomaterials, including infrared-active nano-powders that enhance isolation, suppress vibrations, and subtly aid in power transmission. The result is a cable jacket with a unique tactile finish, excellent grip, low compression set, and outstanding elasticity—all while being eco-friendly and recyclable.
The SZZ-4.0 reflects Monitor Acoustics’ uncompromising attention to detail. In development, it was matured over 2–3 months of burn-in and measurement calibration before being released for production. We resisted the temptation to rush or compromise, not to create a “luxury-priced” product—but to make one that speaks for itself the moment you plug it in.
For DIY enthusiasts, the shielding layer may be connected to the ground pin of the male plug to enhance grounding potential and improve power delivery continuity.
