全球金屬中蘊藏量最豐富的「鋁」,是目前應用層面最廣的金屬,其輕金屬的特性,密度僅是銅的三分之一,且無磁性、高強度、高介磁、耐腐蝕與抗氧化的優點,對於EMI、RFI的電磁輻射阻絕效果極佳,中性中道的特質表現,用來作為電源蓋板再適合不過,這回新一代付注生產的電源壁座隔磁蓋板,我們特別選用了與「 iPhone 同級 」的鋁合金材。而iPhone同級的鋁合金材,與一般鋁材什麼樣的差別、裡頭包含了多少肉眼所無法看透的合金參數,一般消費者永遠無法理解;但對於一生追求最高性能與最佳質感的蘋果賈伯斯,肯定是已經參透了鋁合金特性的最佳比例,試驗出怎樣的比例材料,能最有效地抑振、隔離與散熱,與其剛性、韌性的甜蜜點,來徹底斷絕外在的EMI、RFI電磁干擾,讓手機能夠在最安定、安全的狀態下工作,反推回音響上對聲音會有多大的影響,箇中奧秘相信音響玩家一定知道,這也是我們為何堅持選擇成本高的材料,不肯妥協於一般鋁材。
目前我們第一代的鋁合金隔磁蓋板庫存極少、部分型號甚至已經缺貨已久。所以我們在2022年初,再次與合作材料商聯繫,要求提供不同成分的鋁合金樣板來做測試,為了生產端正音響用的電源蓋板,初期我們傷透了腦筋,因為材料商所提供的鋁合金樣本,幾乎都無法超越目前銷售的版本料材,唯獨一款來自日本受注生產的特殊鋁合金材,其音響表現特性,相當貼近我們目前所使用鋁材、甚至可以說是超越,而材料商也透露這款日本料,跟我們上一回所使用的是同一家、同系列的鋁合金材,同樣也是美商蘋果生產iPhone時所特別指定的鋁材,只不過兩代iPhone的差異,如同iPhone換代一樣令人驚艷,合金材料的精進升級同樣也是這種感覺,其精神與MA靜神一樣,沒有最好、只有更好。然而材料商也說:這款鋁合金材是受注生產,「想要」就必須要有一定的量,才能開啟生產,日商不會有現貨可供應。而為了堅持生產出最好的產品,我們只能以「噸」計量的大量採購,一張單動輒都是幾噸在計量,因此才會一口氣推出多款、多彩、多樣式的鋁合金隔磁蓋板。
這回,我們一口氣推出「new SN-112、SN-124、new SN-297」三種樣式,每種樣式下,又再細分陽極色彩與紋路表現,讓用家能有更多樣的選擇。這次我們將進口的鋁合金基材,直接交由台北的合作廠商軋型、與打磨出特殊紋路,最後再以陽極強化處理。我們延續過去熱銷的86、120型兩款國際常見的規格,滿足不同尺寸需求的用家,並追加了新款「SN-124」四孔隔磁蓋板,未來將會用在我們生產的新款產品上;而「SN-297」依舊將尺寸加長,避免壁插座的「耳朵 」露出來、還要特地去彎折或是裁切;而鋁合金面板的厚度,則同樣依循舊版,維持設定在4mm的厚度,安定穩固住「壁插座」,讓細微諧振到此為止,隔離EMI、RFI的電磁射頻干擾,讓全頻電能更無染、無阻地傳輸。我們更在生產期間,還將樣品分送給多位音響玩家、經銷商,請他們聽聽看,新版在音響條件上,是否有感覺到有更加提升,最後大家回饋的結果,全部都是正向的評價,沒有人說不好,最多人回饋的就是:「聲音變得更清、更醇」、「結像力更勝過上一代」、「更容易聽出細節裡的細膩度」,這些只是因為換了一片new SN-112 鋁合金隔磁蓋板。

Among all the metals used in modern engineering, aluminum remains unmatched in versatility. As the most abundant metallic element on Earth, aluminum’s combination of low weight—only one-third the density of copper—non-magnetic nature, high strength, excellent dielectric properties, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance make it the ideal material for blocking electromagnetic (EMI) and radio frequency (RFI) interference. These neutral and balanced properties make it perfectly suited for use as a power outlet shielding plate.

But we didn’t stop at any aluminum. For our latest generation of EMI-shielding cover plates, we selected an aluminum alloy of the same grade used by Apple in the iPhone. While the nuanced differences in alloy composition may be invisible to the naked eye, their impact on physical performance is profound—especially when understood through the lens of legendary perfectionist Steve Jobs. This is the result of meticulous tuning: an alloy with the optimal balance of stiffness, internal damping, thermal dissipation, and interference isolation. For mobile electronics, that means stability and safety. For audio systems, it translates to a drastic improvement in sonic clarity.

That’s why we insist on using this high-cost, aerospace-grade alloy—one that surpasses common aluminum in every meaningful way.

Our first-generation alloy cover plates have long been sold out. So in early 2022, we began a new round of material testing with our Japanese and Taiwanese suppliers. Only one special-order Japanese alloy—produced by the same mill that supplies Apple—surpassed our current standard. But there’s a catch: this alloy is made to order and requires ton-scale minimum quantities to begin production.

To uphold our commitment to audio excellence, we placed a bulk order and introduced not just one, but three new models: SN-112, SN-124, and the new SN-297. Each is available in a variety of anodized finishes and surface textures to suit different system aesthetics.

The New SN-297 was developed with a unique challenge in mind: preventing visible "ears" or mounting flanges from protruding around your wall outlets. Instead of forcing users to cut, bend, or compromise on aesthetics, we extended the panel’s dimensions for a clean, finished look.

Made from the same imported alloy, each SN-297 is precision-shaped, polished, and anodized locally in Taipei. At 4mm thick, the plate offers a rigid foundation to suppress micro-vibrations and isolate the outlet. The result? A clean, undisturbed flow of current—free from the coloration or haze of EMI and RFI.

Just like with the SN-112 and SN-124, we distributed early samples to seasoned audiophiles and dealers. Every piece of feedback was positive:
