MA HU-163M再進化，新款HU-163 MK2採用5N LC-OFC高純度長結晶銅導體，線徑達16.3mm2、耐電壓能力達600V/75A，是MA專為電源入戶所設計。16.3mm2的主幹線徑，由33蕊0.3mm的高純度5N OFC銅絲絞繞成一股、主幹導體由七股絞繞製成。導體外包覆四層隔離介電材，第一層披覆高介電系數的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)，緊接著第二層以銅箔包覆，搭配一股由30蕊0.18mm的優質銅屏蔽導線，均勻圈繞於線身上，再包覆第一層銅質編織網，有了這兩道的銅屏蔽層保護，就能夠提升電能的傳輸效率、活化電能，最後再披覆一層PVC。HU-163 MK2使用的PVC介電材料，對於環境溫度適應範圍達-20℃～105℃，不論環境多嚴苛都能安全、穩固的傳送電源。MA注重每一個細節，不論是導體的編織組合、EMI電磁干擾的阻絕，還是介電材質的環境適應性與效率，都是經過無數次的科學測試與實際試用，只為忠實傳遞電源能量，提供用家一個好電源的開始。

Building on the legacy of the original HU-163M, the new HU-163 MK2 represents a significant upgrade in materials, performance, and reliability. Designed by Monitor Acoustics as a premium main power inlet cable, it features a 5N LC-OFC (Long-Crystal Oxygen-Free Copper) conductor with ultra-high purity and a cross-sectional area of 16.32mm². Engineered to handle up to 600V / 75A, the HU-163 MK2 is built for heavy-duty residential or critical audio system installations where clean, stable power is essential.

At its core, the HU-163 MK2 conductor is formed by 7 twisted bundles, each comprising 33 strands of 0.3mm 5N LC-OFC wire, meticulously arranged to minimize resistance, suppress eddy currents, and eliminate stress points. This structure ensures excellent current capacity, low impedance, and fast transient response, all vital to unleashing the full potential of high-performance audio and electrical systems.

Surrounding this high-performance core is a 5-layer shielding and dielectric system designed for durability, stability, and EMI suppression:

  1. Inner insulation layer made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with a high dielectric constant, ensuring strong electrical isolation and long-term reliability.
  2. Thick copper foil shield, providing the first layer of EMI protection.
  3. Copper shielding wire (30 strands of 0.18mm), helically wrapped for full 360° coverage.
  4. Outer braided shield, made from tinned copper, adds a second robust EMI barrier while increasing corrosion resistance.
  5. Finished in a durable earth-toned PVC jacket, capable of withstanding temperatures from -20°C to 105°C, making the HU-163 MK2 resilient in a wide range of environmental conditions.

From its conductor geometry to its shielding layout and thermal resilience, every detail of the HU-163 MK2 is the result of meticulous material testing and real-world validation.
