插座底座能夠有什麼樣的變化，如何在美觀、性能與結構上，獲得最佳的表現與實用性，插座底座的大小設計，要如何配合電源專線與音響擺設的佈局，這些小細節都必須要站在使用者的角度來思考。因此我們在2023年時開始發想，音響玩家對於插座量不足、插座位置太遠、拉了電源專線卻沒有適合的專用電源盒，我們能夠設計出什麼樣的產品出來，讓音響玩家能夠輕鬆獲得最沒有干擾的電源。當時我們試想以工業風格外型為基礎，將結構強化並提高靈活性，創造出適合普羅大眾的電源底座，這類的產品應該會有許多玩家有需求吧。
因此，設計出「MA-M2s」高端插座底座，核心訂製全新的單座鋁合金壓鑄盒，能有效阻隔EMI、RFI的電磁干擾，並具備穩定結構與極低諧振等特性優勢，讓電源不受外在干擾。而為求能夠靈活擺放、並且穩重安定，我們訂製了一片厚5mm的高壓鍘型碳鋼底板（約重1公斤）來與電源盒結合，用以強化底盤的重心與穩定性，我們在選擇碳鋼底板時，為了提拉出碳鋼底板最佳性能，能夠將抑振、制震、消震、導振等基石特性表現的淋漓盡致，特別要求供料商訂購符合MA標準的含碳量，因為含碳量相差0.05％，整體的特性表現就完全不一樣，我們選擇最適合的強度、硬度、比重與韌性表現的碳鋼原材（機密），經過初次鍘型、高壓壓模、再經過多道工序製程，在整體調校完成後，才送去烤漆做表面處理。而表體的烤漆處理也藏有不凡材料，外觀採用新一代的消光灰閃砂紋呈現，但在烤粉的配方中我們「照例」加入數種奈米粉末，種類、比例、色階、粉體都有嚴格的要求，不外傳的獨家秘方中，隱藏著特殊的性能在裡面，可別以為這只是單純的防護烤漆，對於細節就算是表面烤漆我們也不輕易放過，這也是為什麼別人追趕不上MA的原因之一。最後，我們在碳鋼底板的四個角下，裝配經過熱處理、不感磁的高強度不鏽鋼角錐，一來將電源盒墊高離地，消弭來自地面的震動，並隔絕微振干擾；二來不鏽鋼不導磁的特性，隔絕了亂竄的電磁干擾，降低污磁侵擾的機會。若您也正在尋找優質的電源插座底座，「MA-M2s」絕對是您最好的選擇，用家還可搭配IG AG-P2/Q2、New Glory SN-112一起，讓穩若磐石的「MA-M2s」將靚電無染地導入您的系統之中，音樂中的細節、層次、景深、音場必將展露無遺，現在自己動手DIY，一起輕鬆享受端正無染、高品質的電源吧。

What makes a power receptacle base more than just a box? In high-fidelity audio, every structural choice matters—from the positioning and weight to the materials and surface finish. The MA-M2s was born from a user-first mindset, tackling common pain points: not enough outlets, awkward placement, and the lack of stable, purpose-built receptacle bases for audio-grade power distribution.
Beginning in 2023, we set out to design a solution that merges industrial design aesthetics with audiophile performance—a base that looks bold, feels solid, and delivers uncompromised power isolation.
At its heart is a custom die-cast aluminum alloy housing, engineered to block EMI and RFI interference while offering exceptional structural stability and vibration control. To further reinforce stability and resonance damping, we integrated a 5mm-thick, high-pressure sheared carbon steel baseplate, weighing over 1kg. This isn’t just any steel—our carbon content specification is so precise that a variation of just 0.05% would affect the entire acoustic performance.
After being cut, pressure-molded, and surface-processed through multiple stages, the baseplate is finished with a next-generation matte gray textured powder coat. True to our obsession with detail, this coating includes a proprietary blend of multiple nano-grade powders—our secret recipe—to optimize shielding, resonance absorption, and surface durability.
To eliminate ground-borne vibration and isolate from external interference, we outfitted all four corners with heat-treated, non-magnetic stainless steel spikes. These spikes not only raise the housing to minimize vibrational transfer from the floor but also act as magnetic shields to reduce low-frequency electromagnetic intrusion.
