The MaQ-101-RG/R is our entry-level isolated AC power cable tuned for front-end gear — DACs, preamps, and transports. It delivers what these sensitive devices need most: clean, interference-free power that unlocks dynamic nuance and musical expression.
Inside, the 101-RG/R features triple conductors made from a blend of 5N LC-OFC and 4N OFC long-crystal copper, ensuring low impedance and stable current flow. Multiple dielectric layers act as vibration-damping barriers. Most critically, one shielding layer is wrapped in tech-copper foil with full 100% coverage, forming a total barrier against EMI and RFI interference. The result is a silent, uninterrupted power flow — the kind that lets your front-end components perform without veiling or strain.
As with all MA cables, the connectors are developed in-house. The MAQ-RG/R plugs include our proprietary magnetic copper inserts, an internal refinement you won’t find elsewhere, helping ensure superior energy transmission and long-term reliability.
The standard 1.5-meter length is optimized for minimizing mechanical resonance while offering practical flexibility. Paired with low-to-mid current front-end gear, the 101-RG/R makes its presence known by staying sonically invisible — removing grain, deepening quiet passages, and delivering vivid, expressive detail.
